Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals

We are now holding baptism, wedding, and funeral services without restrictions on numbers. We do request that you wear a face covering in our enclosed space.

You can get in touch using the form here.

Since the Church of England has always worked on a parish system, your first option for a baptism or wedding should be your local parish church. If you want to know which one that is, then you can enter your postcode at A Church Near You.

For a baptism, it’s polite to inform your local church if you’re asking for this to happen at a different church – most churches will understand.

For a wedding, if you don’t live in the parish you need a “qualifying connection” in order to be married at a church. Or you can always make one by attending on a Sunday! Connections are explained on our application form and on yourchurchwedding.org.

Details of fees for weddings need to be worked out in detail according to the service – a rough guide is £550 for a summertime wedding.

For enquiries about Baptisms & Weddings, please contact our administrator, who will deliver an application form to your address: dirigo.jehansell@gmail.com
